i do down dogs between mad dashes to prevent my two adorable toddlers from seriously harming eachother.  i'm certified to teach hatha yoga, but find that i am always learning more from my students than i could possibly be teaching.  i know that yoga is a lifestyle and not just a 90 minute practice session, but when i don't get some time on the mat by myself for a couple of days…well, my otherwise charming demeanor may deteriorate!
